Well, looks like all systems are go! They didn't look at him for long, but somehow they came to the conclusion that Zach could get back on a skateboard in two weeks. I'm not completely satisfied with this estimation (I'd have preferred some x-rays to see if the skull has healed properly myself), but at least it was good news, which is something my family desperately needed right now.
Needless to say my brother is stoked. Of course he keeps insisting he's still not going to wear a helmet, and we keep insisting that he will. He claims he can't skate with one on. Sigh. Teenagers. I would wonder if I gave my Mom this much trouble, but I know for a fact I did. lol.
So anyway, that's all I've got right now. Good news!
