One Fan's Opinion

Interesting column this week from Erik Larsen in his weekly One Fan's Opinion column at CBR (read it by clicking the post title).

With the San Diego Comic-Con International coming up in a couple of weeks, Erik lays out how fans should approach creators.

I don't agree with everything he says, but a lot of it is humorous and helpful for the average fan. I think I'd be okay as would most people I know, but it's still a good column all in all.

I know I won't be the kind of creator he speaks of once I reach that point where people want me to sign stuff, and that's part of what I don't agree with. Of course I haven't met a lot of creators, and people I know that have are usually left with good impressions.

So take from it what you will, but read it if nothing else to have something to talk about.
